Task Definition Meeting for the new IEA SHC and ECES joint Task/Annex Compact THermal Energy Storage will be held in Graz, Austria, on April 6-8, 2016. The meeting will be held in the Weitzer Hotel, a classical hotel in the centre of Graz. As there is a big congress held in Graz at the same time, hotel rooms are being booked fast and we were given a block reservation for our meeting for only a limited time: in order to be sure for a room in the Weitzer hotel, please book before 11 February. For the meeting room, coffee/tea breaks and lunches a fee of € 43 per day per participant will be charged. The agenda of the meeting is still in preparation, but the start and end times are already determined. We start on Wednesday, 6 April at 12:30 with a lunch. End time is on Friday, 8 April at 16:00 hours. This will give most of you the opportunity to travel on Wednesday morning/Friday evening.
