The next Task 42/29 Experts Meeting will take place October 8th – 10th in Nagoya, Japan. And “Heat Pump and Thermal Storage Center of Japan” will host the meeting.

Nagoya Railroad
From Chubu Centrair International Airport to Nagoya City. Central Japan International Airport and Nagoya station are just 28 minutes away from each other via the Nagoya Railroad (Meitetsu).
Participation Fee
- All Thermal Storage Experts: 18,000 JPY
Workshop on Oct.8th (Whole day), 9th (Morning) and Technical tour (Whole day)
The fee includes coffee breaks, lunches (Oct.8th and 10th) and dinner (Oct.8th).
- Delegated Experts (Appointed by the ExCo): 20,000 JPY
Workshop on Oct.8th (Whole day), 9th (Whole day) and Technical tour (Whole day)
The fee includes coffee breaks, lunches (Oct.8th 9th 10th) and dinner (Oct.8th).
Please pay the fee by cash at the registration desk on the 1st day of the meeting. We are sorry but we cannot accept credit card or wire transfer. Thank you for your understanding.
NOTE:
You will need to pay your own travel expenses including accommodation fee.

Registration
We need your registration before September 5th, 2014.

All attendees must register using the online registration system. You will be sent an invoice and you'll make payment in cash at the event location.
Visas
Visas for Japan are issued by the Japanese embassy in your home country. Not all countries need a Japan visa. Check with the embassy in your home country.
